  • port-city spatial relationships, including: the spatial impact of port activities on the city and the region, the process of recycling and transformation of post-port and post-industrial sites;
  • integrated coastal zone management, including: designing resilient coastal zones, marine spatial planning, the interconnectedness of marine social, economic and environmental ecosystems;
  • dynamics of coastal urban development, including: models for the evolution of urban development and metropolitan areas;
  • landscape systems, including: landscape evolution in an interdisciplinary and comprehensive perspective, landscape aspects of port and logistics spatial planning.
