Dr hab. Robert Tylingo specializes in research on natural polymers, focusing on their medical applications. His research includes tissue engineering, development of advanced dressings, and 3D bioprinting, utilizing the ability of polymers to form gels and stable, porous
three-dimensional structures. Studies on the physicochemical and mechanical properties
of these materials aim to optimize their bioactivity, supporting cell proliferation
and differentiation, as well as tissue regeneration. Work is also being conducted on the use
of natural polymers in fuel cell technology, aiming to create more efficient and eco-friendly energy sources. Publications and patents in this field confirm the advanced level of research and contribution to the development of biomaterial technology.
