MINDFULNESS
The International Relations Office invites students and staff to sign up for mindfulness classes organized as part of the "Hey, are you OK?" project. Applications are accepted until January 6th. The number of places is limited - don't miss it!

After yoga classes, which enjoyed great interest among staff and students, the International Relations Office invites you to participate in mindfulness meetings. It's a great way to de-stress, calm down and start the new year 2023 with good energy.

How to sign up?

Registration for mindfulness classes for the English-speaking group will last from December 1st to January 6th. The meetings themselves are scheduled for January 13th and 27th, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Meetings will be held in the sports hall at ul. Sobieskiego 18 in Gdańsk.

To sign up for the classes, you need to fill out a short online form (the number of places is limited; if the list of participants is filled before January 6th, it will still be possible to add to the reserve list - information about it will be published on the project website).

Who can sign up for classes?

The classes are aimed mainly at students (including international students studying at Gdańsk Tech in English), but support and academic staff are also invited to the meetings. Employeesto who sign up for the classes will be asked to complete and sign project documents (this rule does not apply to students).

Mindfulness classes are part of the "Hey, are you OK?" project, which started in September at Gdańsk University of Technology. Its goal is to support the broadly understood well-being of students and university staff. Almost two months of yoga classes, seminars on dealing with crisis situations, workshops on cultural differences for international students and mediation classes for students and administrative employees are behind us. More information about the activities of the project, including regulations and documents for participants, can be found on the project website.
