Project title: Building strong Higher Education Institution (HEI)

The aim of the project is to equip the employees of Gdańsk University of Technology with knowledge and competences in the field of planning and implementing promotional activities on foreign markets. The recipients of the project are university employees involved in promotional activities at individual departments and units, including website support, social media activities, organization of events addressed to candidates for Open Days studies, participation in educational fairs, etc. . international promotion from Gdańsk Tech International Relations Office, will create an interdisciplinary team dealing with the promotion of universities on foreign markets and thus building a strong, global brand of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

As part of the project, a three-day, intensive training will be held in the field of creating international promotion strategies, planning and implementing promotional activities, and measuring the effectiveness of promotional activities. The training will be attended by the university's management staff, including: vice-rectors, deans, directors and heads of units (approx. 10 people) and employees responsible at faculties and units for promotional activities, including: employees of the International Relations Office, Promotion Office, cooperation offices international at faculties, etc. (approx. 15 people). The training will be conducted by experienced trainers from Keystone Education Group dealing with consultancy in the field of promotion and marketing of universities and cooperating in this area with many universities around the world.
