Gdańsk Tech scientists ranked among the World’s TOP 2% most influential people in science | Gdańsk University of Technology

The World’s TOP 2% Scientists is developed based on the sicentific output of researchers and adopts evaluation criteria such as the number of citations, Hirsch index, and the position and role of a given researcher on the list of authors [more on the methodology]. The ranking is divided into two lists: the first one evaluates the entire lifelong scientific output of the researchers, the second list concenrns the last calendar year.

The lists feature 62 scientists from Gdańsk University of Technology – compiling the scientists on the first list (entire scientific output) and the scientists on the second list (output from the last calendar year), not included on the first list. The ranking lists 9 more scientists than a year before [more on edition 2021].
