Free Legal Advice for International Employees, PhD Candidates and Students

We invite international employees, PhD candidates and students to take advantage of free legal consultations organised as part of the NAWA-funded project “Welcome to Poland”.

Date: 22nd January 2026, 8 am - 2 pm

We offer support in the following areas:

  • legalisation of stay in Poland,

  • employment of family members,

  • access to the education system,

  • access to the healthcare system,

  • renting or purchasing accommodation,

  • tax-related matters,

  • and other legal issues related to living in Poland.

The IRO provides support in the following areas:

  • Legalization of stay in Poland

Cooperation Without Borders – Building the Regional NAWA–EURAXESS Network

The University of Gdańsk invites you to participate in the national conference “Cooperation Without Borders – Building the Regional NAWA–EURAXESS Network”, organised within the framework of the MOSAiC Project (EURAXESS Initiative). The conference will take place on 25–26 March 2026 at the Main Library of the University of Gdańsk (Wita Stwosza 53, Gdańsk, Poland).

The event will serve as a platform for dialogue and exchange of experiences on the future of internationalisation in higher education and research. In the context of dynamic systemic and global changes, particular emphasis will be placed on the quality of international cooperation, researcher mobility, equality and inclusiveness, as well as on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for international researchers, students and doctoral candidates.
