Pursuant to the Rector's Decree No. 10/2018 on occupational health and safety at Gdańsk University of Technology, heads of organizational units are required to organize workstations in accordance with the provisions and principles of occupational health and safety. Organization of work should include the development of workplace instructions, instructions for the safe use of equipment and devices.
Heads of organizational units where classes are conducted in laboratories, workshops and specialist laboratories as well as sports facilities are obliged to provide employees, doctoral students and students with instructions taking into account the principles and regulations of health and safety at work, and to place in a visible and easily accessible place, in laboratories and specialist laboratories, order regulations specifying the detailed rules and principles of conducting classes as well as health and safety rules.
