Women and intellectual property: accelerating innovation and creativity - that's the theme for IP Day in 2023.
In 2023, together with WIPO, we celebrate the "can do" attitude of female inventors, creators and entrepreneurs around the world and their groundbreaking work.
Women in all regions are shaping the world through their imagination, ingenuity and hard work, but they often face significant challenges in accessing the knowledge, skills, resources and support they need to thrive.
A number of initiatives and events for this year's IP holiday, are already a tradition for the month of April.

Patent Information Centre located at Gdansk University of Technology (PATLIB Gdansk) provides access to patent information - information about intellectual property (IP) rights, especially industrial property.
Over 80% of technological information published worldwide is available in patent literature.
