Changes to the application process
Starting in the 2025/2026 academic year, scholarship applications will be accepted exclusively through the Moja PG portal. All application supplements, appeals, and declarations must be submitted through the system. It will not be possible to submit a paper application. It will also not be necessary to submit the application via ePUAP.
Before applying
- Verify your contact information in Moja PG, particularly your phone number.
- Verify your bank account number (you must be the owner/co-owner of the account provided).
- Read the Benefit Rules for students of Gdańsk University of Technology.
Remember! By submitting your application, you declare that you have read Benefit Rules for students of Gdańsk University of Technology.
Application procedure
- Go to Moja PG -> Student -> Scholarships and dormitories -> Apply for Benefit.
- Select the process for the benefit you wish to apply for.
- Complete the application and verify all information.
- Attach the required documents. If you want to attach a multi-page document, combine all pages into one PDF file. Accepted file formats are .pdf, .jpg, and .jpeg.
- Click "send."
- A visualization of the application will appear. Confirm submission by clicking "send" again.
- After submitting the application, you can download a proof of submission confirming that the application has been received by the university.
Additional information
1. The previous declaration of income and sources of income is now included in the application (the form in My PG). Complete all fields carefully.
2. You can request that the income be included as lost/gained in the form. If you do so, you do not need to attach Appendix 2a/2b.
3. If you've already submitted your application and want to complete it, go to Student -> Scholarships and dormitories -> My requests -> 'Submit a document regarding the scholarship request' icon. If you only want to send a declaration, you don't need to attach additional files. Just include the declaration in the 'content' section.
