We suggest that foreign students provide the application in a paper version. Despite having the PESEL number and trusted profile, we have met with systemic difficulties in submitting the application numerous times.

Paper submission of the application

  1. Go to MojaPG -> Student -> Scholarships -> My Applications.
  2. Find the submitted application in the table.
  3. Download the file in .pdf format.
  4. Print and sign the application.
  5. Attach the required documents in the original form or copies of these documents certified as true copies with the application.
  6. Deliver the complete set of documents in a white, unsigned file to the Scholarship Committee using one of the following methods:
    - in person at the office of the Scholarship Committee (Bratniak building, room 205, 204) during the duty hours;
    - by putting them into the inbox on the first floor of the Bratniak building during the campus opening hours (the inbox is emptied in the morning around 8 a.m. - the date of submission of the application is the previous day);
    - via Poczta Polska or another provider of postal services to the following address:
    Komisja Stypendialna
    Politechnika Gdańska
    ul. Narutowicza 11/12
    80-233 Gdańsk

Poczta Polska is a "designated operator", which means that the date of submission of the application = the date of the postmark.
In case of sending the documents via another operator (inPost, DHL, UPS etc.), date of application delivery = date of receipt by the University.

Documents that do not expire, such as birth certificates, current court judgments, should be submitted to SC in the original (or a certified true copy) only once during the course of studies, unless a member of the Committee expressly requests it. This applies to documents submitted from the 2019/2020 academic year. The application should only include an annotation about the application and the semester in which the originals were submitted.
