Psychological Help Center

The help of a psychologist and psychotherapist as part of the services of the Psychological Help Center can be used free of charge by every student and doctoral student of Gdańsk University of Technology.

To make an appointment for a consultation, please send an e-mail from the student post office of Gdańsk University of Technology to the following address: a.burkiewicz@gumed.edu.pl. As part of the consultation only short-term support is provided (we do not provide long-term psychotherapy), and if necessary, students are referred to specialist facilities, including psychotherapy to cooperating centers. The number of meetings depends on the reported problem.

24/7 psychological and psychiatric help

Psychiatric and psychological consultations are available 24 hours a day and immediately as part of the duty hours of the Department of Adult Psychiatry at the University Clinical Hospital. In case of need for consultation, the student may report to the Clinical Emergency Department of the University Clinical Hospital, where psychiatric consultation is available, followed by psychological support.
