Step 1: Offer letter
1. Choose your study program and check the entry requirements.
2. Apply online at eRekrutacja during an active intake
This is important to know, that you may choose more than one program, however, the order of your choices is important. In case you are be qualified for the first choice program, the next choices will not be considered. If your first choice program application is rejected, you will undergo the assessment for the next choice program.
3. Pay the application fee (non-refundable 85 PLN)
4. Submit entry documents:
- Bachelor Diploma (with Legalization or Apostille) which entitles you to apply for Master's degree in a country where bachelor's diploma was awarded
- Transcript of records with an official grading scale
- Confirmation of Eligibility for master studies
- English proficiency proof (B2)
- Portfolio – regards only candidates for MSc in Architecture
Step 2: Confirmation Letter
5. Pay the tuition fee by the deadline given at Offer Letter (usually this is 2 weeks)
Step 3: Upon arrival at Gdańsk Tech for the Registration Week
6. Register to Gdańsk Tech: submit all the documents mentioned above in the original paper version; bring with you medical Insurance, passport and visa/resident permit
