Admission process schedule for foreign candidates for master studies for the summer semester the academic year 2024/2025
It is worth knowing that the summer semester starts on 24th February, 2025, so we advise you to make an appointment for a visa as soon as possible due to the extended waiting time in Polish embassies.
Please check the Polish visa application process and plan the procedures in advance. It is very important to arrive on time, as Gdańsk Tech does not accept any delays.
Regular admission process
| 08.11.2024 | Launching the electronic admission system for stationary and non-stationary studies for master studies |
| 09.12.2024 | The last day of electronic additional admission for master studies. Possibility to edit and modify data on the candidate’s account will be blocked. |
| 19.12.2024 | Publication of provisionally accepted candidates on the candidate’s admission account |
| 31.12.2024 | The deadline for the tuition fee payment or submission of the basis for the right to non-tuition fee studies |
| 02.01.2025 | Publication of candidates accepted for studies on the candidate’s admission account |
| 17-21.02.2025 | Newly admitted students registration: arrivals and entry documents submission |
| 24.02.2025 | Classes start |
