While conducting lectures and workshops with international students in groups, you must have noticed the differences in the approach to the sense of time⏰ and the related punctuality, as well as commitment to work in groups. Sometimes these differences are so great that they affect the class, cooperation between students, but also your sense of job satisfaction.
Therefore, it is important to think about these differences, taking the cultural context into account. Consequently, it is easier to understand the behavior and attitudes of students who take their entire cultural background🌏 with them when coming to study in Poland. Workshops on cultural differences, are to help you - academic staff - in planning, organizing and conducting classes in intercultural groups.
