Super lecturers wanted!
eduSHARE is a new initiative of the Centre of Innovative Education. The programme was created to recognise and reward the best lecturers at the Gdansk University of Technology and to promote the most inspiring practices in academic teaching.
eduSHARE is based on four pillars: friendliness, recognition, appreciation, and gratitude", says Prof. Joanna Mytnik, Director of the Centre of Innovative Education. "It is not a plebiscite, but a motivational system appreciating academic teachers, giving students an opportunity to distinguish those lecturers who are the most interesting, effective in imparting knowledge to them, who inspire and attract. It is also an opportunity to share ideas, to showcase good practices that work in academic teaching.
“We want to share with the entire academic community ideas for the most motivating and engaging classes taught by charismatic and inspiring academic teachers at our university”, emphasises Dr Małgorzata Kostrzewska, project leader. – “In order to identify them, we need the opinions of the students, whom I strongly encourage to be active. Would you like to nominate your lecturer or your lecturer?
The names of the winners will be announced at the Celebration of Academic Didactics in October 2023. Students who vote for a programme winner will also receive invitations to this Celebration.
