Gdańsk Tech nomination for the Elsevier Research Impact Leaders Award
The Research Impact Leaders Award is an award given to universities and research institutions that have the greatest impact on scientific research and contribute to a better perception of the scientific achievements of Polish universities around the world.
The award was established by the scientific publishing house Elsevier, which cooperates with Stanford University in the ranking of the most influential scientists in the world - World's TOP 2% Scientists. The Research Impact Leaders Award has been awarded since 2016 in six categories: Engineering&Technologies, Agricultural Sciences, Humanities, Medical Sciences, Natural Sciences and Social Sciences.
The Jagiellonian University and the Opole University of Technology were also nominated for this year's edition of the award.
The award ceremony will take place in Łódź on 26 October, during the meeting of the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland.
