Pre-Arrival Session for First-Year PhD Students
The International Relations Office, Doctoral Schools, and the Doctoral Students' Self-Government will hold an online Pre-Arrival Session for first-year PhD students.
The session will provide essential information to help students prepare before their arrival, including:
Administrative and academic procedures
The study has a panel character and includes students participating in mobility opportunities offered by the program, those planning such stays abroad, as well as a control group of students who do not take part in such initiatives.
The goal of the research is to assess how much higher education students gain thanks to international mobility experiences carried out within the Erasmus+ program. The results of the analysis will serve to improve exchange programs and better adapt them to the needs of the labor market.

After recalculating the funds used so far under the project, the International Relations Office has decided to launch the last, fourth call for participation in PROM. The final pool of available mobility spots includes:
3 staff mobilities;
3 student mobilities;
14 doctoral mobilities.
From the remaining funds, it will no longer be possible to obtain reimbursement for conference fees, summer school tuition, etc.
