FAQ

1. How long does it take for an application to be reviewed?

The formal verification of an application by the International Relations Office takes up to 5 working days. The Board of the relevant Priority Research Area Centre expresses its opinion within 20 working days after the receipt of the application. The final decision on granting or refusing to grant funding for the internship is made by the Rector.

Europium Short-Term Outgoing Visits is a programme which fulfils the tasks of IDUB (the Polish acronym for The Excellence Initiative – Research University) when it comes to increasing the quality of research activities at the university as part of Action IV.2.

1. How long does it take for an application to be reviewed?

The formal verification of an application by the International Relations Office takes up to 5 working days. The Evaluation Committee expresses its opinion within 20 working days after the date of receiving the application. The final decision on granting or refusing to grant funding for the internship is made by the Rector. In case the Rector decides that the application needs to be corrected, the Applicant is obliged to submit a corrected application within 5 working days.

Americium International Career Development is a programme which fulfils the tasks of IDUB (the Polish acronym for The Excellence Initiative – Research University) when it comes to increasing the quality of research activities at the university as part of Action II.1. (Activities for the development of cooperation with scientific institutions of high international reputation).

How to leave? Step by step.

This procedure applies both to mobilities for training purposes, teaching and mixed mobilities (teaching + training). Depending on the type of the mobility - training, teaching, mixed trip, one shall select the appropriate type of documents to be completed (in the case of mixed mobilities, documents regarding teaching should be completed). The procedure applies to mobilities to countries covered by the program and partner countries.
