PG Business Hub invites you to expert consultations on how to commercialize your technology

PG Business Hub invites academic staff and doctoral students to consult with experts regarding issues related to the commercialization of technologies developed at Gdańsk University of Technology.

Scope of consultations:

  • Identification of intellectual property (IP) subject to commercialization and the acquisition of rights thereto;
  • Selection of a commercialization model;
  • Distribution of property rights (economic rights);
  • Tax advisory;
  • Advisory regarding obtaining state aid (public aid) or verification of assumptions proposed at the project application stage related to the area of commercialization.

Do you want to successfully apply for research funding but feel lost in procedures or fear proposal rejection? Young Researchers Office, in cooperation with Project Management Office, invites you to a conference that breaks down the grant process step-by-step.

The event will take place on December 3 (Wednesday), from 8:30 to 15:00, and will be held entirely in English.


Why is it worth attending?:
  • The reviewers’ perspective: A panel with experienced professors (incl. Prof. Klimczuk, Prof. Ryl, Prof. Lechman) who will reveal how they evaluate proposals and what determines winning the “evaluation game”.

Final day of the 3-day ENHANCE Workshop for Young Researchers

On 14 November 2025, young researchers from ENHANCE universities met at the Eureka Hotel in Sopot to conclude their multi-module work on mapping the shared needs and ideas of doctoral candidates.

These outcomes will form the foundation of the future project ‘ENHANCE for and with Young Researchers’. The results were presented by Paulina Chobot and Agnieszka Lendzion. The meeting ended with a networking session and an ENHANCE knowledge quiz hosted by Muzafar Kalwar and Paulina Chobot. Photographic documentation was provided by Joanna Szakoła.

We invite you to take part in the conference “Projects and how to tackle them”, organised by Young Researchers Office in cooperation with Project Management Office. The event is aimed primarily at Young Researchers and focuses on the practical aspects of preparing and implementing research and development projects – from the initial idea, through the grant application process, to effective project execution.

Conference details and agenda

Participants will hear stories from researchers who have successfully navigated all stages of project development, learn how to avoid common pitfalls in project proposals, and explore current funding opportunities. The programme also includes consultations with experts representing various grant schemes and institutions supporting research and researcher mobility.

Digital Well-being in a Hyperconnected World: Finding Balance, Focus, and Meaning

During this session, we will talk about digital well-being and discuss the key concepts behind it. Together, we will explore how digital tools and technologies influence our personal and professional well-being. There will be time to reflect on our own digital habits, exchange experiences, and share practical tips on how to improve balance and make technology work for us,
– not against us.
