Between April 29 and May 5, 2024, there will be no allocation of places in the SH.
All matters should be dealt with via the mojaPG portal.
Rules for allocating places in student houses of Gdańsk University of Technology during the academic year 2023/2024 (valid from 09.10.2023 to 10.01.2024 and from 26.02.2024 to 6.06.2024) - STAGE 6 and 8
1. Places in the Student Dormitories of Gdańsk University of Technology (Gdańsk Tech SH), according to the current state of vacancies in Gdańsk Tech SH, announced by the administration of the Accommodation during the academic year, will be allocated using the mojaPG portal every Wednesday by 3 p.m.
2. In order to take part in the allocation of places, you must apply for an SH place via the mojaPG portal (Scholarships module). The paper application forms are not to be submitted. The process (Applying for a Dormitory within the available places) for a given week will be available from Monday to Tuesday.
3. A referral to the SH administration will be provided by the Appeal Scholarship Committee.
4. The referral will be valid in a given week until Sunday.
5. Places in Gdańsk Tech SH are allocated according to the distance of the place of residence from Gdańsk University of Technology (priority is given to students living further from the University).
6. The fee for the student house is calculated from the date of issuing the referral according to the price list.
7. The deposit must be paid on the day of check in at the latest.
