The rules apply from October 26, 2023 to January 4, 2024 and from March 7, 2024 to May 30, 2024.
Student of another university - living in a dormitory max. until June 26, 2024

on May 02, 2024, there will be no room division

1. A person who wants to live in the Student House of the Gdańsk University of Technology must send an e-mail to the following address: oks@pg.edu.pl. The message must be entitled "Dormitory - a person from another university".
2.
The e-mail must be accompanied by a form and a certificate from the university confirming student status or a scan of a valid student ID.
3. The message must be sent only on Thursdays between 8.00-10.00.
4. Places for students of another university are awarded according to the order of applications on a given day. E-mails sent before 08.00 am will be ignored.

We only have places available in double rooms.
6. The person will be notified of the decision on the same day by 15 via email.
7. A referral to the DS administration will be provided by the Appeal Scholarship Committee.
8. The referral (and thus the possibility of moving in) will be valid in a given week until Sunday.
9. The fee for the dormitory is calculated from the date of issuing the referral according to the price list.
10. The deposit must be paid on the day of check-in at the latest.

A person who is not a student Gdańsk Tech or a student of another university

Any person who is not a student of the Gdańsk University of Technology or another university (also a graduate Gdańsk Tech or a person removed from the list of students) who would like to live in the Student House Gdańsk Tech should send an e-mail to the Appeal Scholarship Committee - OKS (address: oks@pg.edu.pl) with a request for consent to live in the Student House Gdańsk Tech. The e-mail should contain a justification. OKS will forward all e-mails to Vice-Rector for Student Affairs Ph.D. Barbara Wikieł, Gdańsk Tech professor, and each person will be notified via e-mail about the decision of the Rector.
