Equal treatment at Gdańsk University of Technology
Equal treatment should be understood in accordance with Art. 32 of the Polish Constitution and Art. 18 of the Labour Code, which are reflected in the internal regulations of our Alma Mater (Gdańsk Tech Statute, Staff regulations). This means that everyone at the Gdańsk University of Technology has the inalienable right to equal and fair treatment. Nobody in the academic society can be discriminated for any reason, including gender, age, worldviews, sexual orientation, material status, functional diversity, race, nationality, religion, origin and ethnicity, political affiliation, marital status, parental status, etc.
