To whom should discrimination cases be brought to?

Academic teachers:

  1. first to the immediate superior, and then to the administrative director or head of a given unit;
  2. if it is impossible for various reasons, please contact the Vice-Rector for Organization and Development;
  3. depending on the situation and the need for mediation or support and consultation, one can turn to the Ombudsman or Rector's Representative for Equal Treatment.


Other employees:

  1. first to the immediate superior, and then to the administrative director or head of a given unit;
  2. if this is not possible for various reasons, please contact the Vice-Chancellor for Human Resources;
  3. depending on the situation and the need for mediation or support and consultation, one can turn to the Ombudsman or Rector's Representative for Equal Treatment.

PhD students:

  1. first to the deputy director for education and quality, PQF (Polish Qualifications Framework) of the given Gdańsk Tech doctoral school, and then to the school head;
  2. if it is impossible for various reasons, please contact the Vice-Rector for Scientific Research;
  3. depending on the situation and the need for mediation or support and consultation, one can turn to the Ombudsman or Rector's Representative for Equal Treatment.

Students:

  1. first to the vice-dean for student affairs or education, and then to the dean of a given faculty;
  2.  if it is impossible for various reasons, please contact the Vice-Rector for Education;
  3. depending on the situation and the need for mediation or support and consultation, one can turn to the Rector's Representative for Equal Treatment.
