Scholarships for the summer semester 2023/2024

From February 22 to March 4, 2024, students can apply for scholarships for the summer semester.

Applying for a scholarship in mainly concerns:
- second-cycle students who want to apply for the rector's scholarship for the summer semester (this benefit is awarded every semester)
- newly admitted second-cycle students applying for a maintenance scholarship or a disability scholarship.

Advances for the trip are applied for and paid in the currency of the issued decision - that is, in PLN.

Scientists from Gdańsk University of Technology, in cooperation with the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, are developing an innovative measurement and analytical system to monitor traffic, technical and environmental parameters important for the management of railway infrastructure.

What COIL method is? TU Berlin invites lectures for a meeting (January 29)

TU Berlin, partner of Gdansk University of Technology in the ENHANCE Alliance, invites academic teachers and all those interested in modern forms of education to participate in an online meeting dedicated to the COIL method (Collaborative Online International Learning). The event will take place on Monday, January 29th, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the Zoom platform. Prior registration is required.

What is the COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) method? In short, it is a method of conducting a course where lecturers and students from at least two countries meet in a virtual classroom and collaborate online, breaking down national boundaries, to work on a given issue. COIL courses can be integrated into the curriculum or offered as additional classes. Participating in a COIL course allows both lecturers and students to develop professional, digital, and intercultural competencies.

On February 15 (Thursday), from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, there will be a meeting between the School Authorities and 2nd year PhD students. The meeting will be held in a stationary form. Please reserve about 2 hours for this meeting.

Attendance of second-year PhD students is mandatory.
