How to arrive? Step by step.

Step 1

Your university has to send to our university (by e-mail, fax or a letter) your nomination to participate in the Erasmus+ program. 


Step 2

Once we receive the nomination we will send you an e-mail with an information package on how to apply and other useful information.

Director of the GUT Library, Dr. Anna Wałek, was elected the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Polish Group of VIRTUA Users.  

The group operates under the Agreement on Cooperation of Libraries Implementing and Using VTLS / Virtua system. The Polish Virtua System Users Group was established in 1998. The group’s activities have been focused on improving the quality of services related to making knowledge and library resources available to the society. These activities are mainly based on shaping a common policy regarding the functionality of the VTLS / Virtua library system.

PESEL Number

What is the Polish Identification Number number (PESEL)?

The PESEL number is an eleven-digit numeric symbol that allows for easy identification of its holder. The PESEL number includes the date of birth, serial number, gender and a control number. Every Polish citizen has it.

Gdańsk Tech cooperates with the Ministry of National Defense as part of the offset for the Polish Navy

Researchers from the Center of Maritime Military Technologies at Gdańsk University of Technology fulfill the obligations resulting from the agreement with the Ministry of National Defense regarding the implementation of the offset for the purchase of specialized helicopters for the Polish Armed Forces.  

On Tuesday, 17 August 2021, Gdańsk University of Technology was visited by Col. Robert Frommholz, director of the Offset Agreements Office of the Ministry of National Defense and Col. Michał Hresiukiewicz, legal advisor of the OAO MND. During their stay at Gdańsk Tech they met with the university authorities, management of the Naval Military Technology Center, and representatives of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of Gdańsk University of Technology.
