people during the meeting working together
The recent WP2 meeting at RWTH Aachen focused on enhancing professional development opportunities for university employees across the ENHANCE Alliance, with particular attention to those with fewer opportunities and diverse functional backgrounds.

The agenda highlighted existing upskilling and reskilling offers, including administrative staff, maintenance workers, international staff, and employees with long-term conditions or neurodiversity, alongside initiatives for young researchers. We worked on the GREAT Certification during the first day, while the second day was dedicated to building inclusive career pathways.

Showcase your career success with descriptive impact narratives

In this session we will explore data and tools which enable researchers to compile data driven descriptive impact narratives.

We will present how to enrich an impact narrative with industry leading research classification and explore a variety of impact metrics beyond traditional citation-based indicators sourced in Web of Science

Elevate the visibility of your research work with ease

Building the story of your research contributions in a quick and efficient way is challenging when research activities are spread across multiple data sources. Unifying disparate research data is time consuming and defers your time away from conducting research.

In this session we will discuss how Web of Science platform is the single-entry point to multiple research activities and makes light work of unifying your research contributions to elevate the visibility of career and research breakthroughs.
