Issuing a decision on the rector's scholarship
Electronic decisions will be sent via ePUAP from Wednesday, April 19th. Please be patient and wait for the decision.
Paper decisions can be picked up at the Scholarship Committee's office during office hours, also from April 19th.
Only after receiving the decision, the student has the right to appeal within 14 days. The deadline is counted from the day following the day of getting the decision.
We would also like to remind you about the possibility of waiving the right to appeal by providing the Scholarship Committee with a signed Appendix No. 12 to the Benefit rules for students of Gdańsk University of Technology. Submission of such a declaration is irreversible and the decision cannot be appealed against, but it will enable the payment of the scholarship earlier - before the May weekend. Paper applicants should submit the statement on paper, while students who have decided to submit the application electronically should send the statement via ePUAP. The document must be signed electronically, e.g. with a trusted signature. It is also acceptable to paste the content of the statement directly into the letter. It is unacceptable to send a scanned document with a signature or handwritten signature using computer programs.
