Applications for a place in the Student House for the summer semester for the academic year 2022/2023 should be submitted only via the electronic form available on the individual student account on the mojaPG portal in the Scholarships module (for people who take part in enrollment for studies from the summer semester, access will be possible after the announcement of the list of finally admitted to studies).
The Scholarship Committee is responsible for the allocation of places at this stage.
The criterion taken into account when awarding a place is the distance of Gdańsk University of Technology from the place of registration / residence of the student (km) - the shortest way by car from the student's registration address, entered in the student’s data on the mojaPG portal to the address: "Politechnika Gdańska, ul. Gabriela Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk" . In the absence of a registered address, it is acceptable to use the residence address entered in the student's data on the mojaPG portal. The distance referred to in the above sentence is a total number and is determined by the Targeo Poland portal.

- February 20-21, 2023 - submitting applications for places in SH.
- February 22, 2023 - results of the allocation of seats.
- until February 26, 2023 - accommodation in SH.
We do not document the material situation and we do not submit a paper version of the application!
