The right to receive a place in a dormitory is granted in the first instance to non-resident Gdańsk Tech students studying full-time who do not have a professional title of master's degree, master's degree in engineering or an equivalent degree.
Applications for a place in the Student House for the academic year 2025/2026 should be submitted only via the electronic form available on the individual student account on the Moja PG portal in the Scholarships module.
The nearest, most important dates:
26 May – 03 June 2025 - submitting applications for a place in the Student House. Applications must be submitted via the Moja PG portal.
11 June 2025 - publication of the results of the considered applications for granting a place in the Student House.
12 June – 15 June 2025 - submitting appeals regarding the allocation of a place in a Student House. Appeals must be submitted via the Moja PG portal.
30 June 2025 - publication of the results of the examined appeals for a place in the Student House.
A guarantee deposit must be paid until 31.07.2025. Failure to pay the deposit is tantamount to resignation from the allocated place in the Student House.
*The deposit must be paid to an individual bank account number available for each student on the Moja PG portal;
*Please enter – ‘deposit’ in the title of the transfer;
*The amount of the fee - PLN 700.
From the academic year 2025/2026, the amount of the deposit has been increased from PLN 500 to PLN 700. People who receive a place in the dormitory in the first or second stage, and have only paid PLN 500, are obliged to pay an additional PLN 200 by July 31, 2025. Failure to pay the missing amount will be tantamount to resignation from the granted place in the dormitory.
