Deadlines for submitting applications

According to §4 sec. 1 of the Benefit rules for the Students of Gdańsk University of Technology, applications for scholarship benefits should be submitted in accordance with the schedule below

winter semester
1. from the first Monday following the beginning of the academic year
2. to the third Monday following the beginning of the academic year

summer semester
1. from the first working day following the commencement of the summer semester
2. to the tenth calendar day following the commencement of the summer semester

In the 2023/2024 academic year, applications should be submitted by the following deadlines:
Winter semester: 2 October – 16 October 2023
Summer semester: 22 February – 1 March 2024

Applying outside the scheduled deadlines

Applications submitted after the deadline indicated in the schedule are considered with the proviso that granting the scholarship depends on the amount of funds remaining in the Scholarship Fund, and in the case of the rector's scholarship, additionally - on the use of the pool of available scholarships. The scholarship may be awarded from the month following the month in which all the required documents were submitted to the SC (no retroactive compensation).
