The thresholds and amounts for scholarships applicable in the academic year 2025/2026

Maintenance scholarship

Income entitling to receive the maintenance scholarship: PLN 1908,90
The basis for calculating the maintenance scholarship: PLN 1500
Minimum amount of the scholarship: PLN 1000
Maximum amount of the social scholarship (with increase): PLN 2000
Maximum amount of increasing the maintenance scholarship: PLN 500

Rector's scholarship - students

Percentage of people eligible for the rector's scholarship: 8%
Minimum amount of the rector's scholarship: PLN 600
Maximum amount of the rector's scholarship: PLN 1000
Amount of the rector's scholarship for the 1^st year student: PLN 800

Scholarship for people with disabilities

Slight degree of disability (base amount): PLN 500
Moderate degree of disability - twice the base amount: PLN 1000
Severe disability - three times the base amount: PLN 1500

Hardship scholarship

Minimum amount of the hardship scholarship: PLN 68
Maximum amount of the hardship scholarship: PLN 7500

The above conditions for granting student benefits are set annually by the Rector in consultation with the Scholarship Committee and the competent body of the Students' Self-Government of Gdańsk University of Technology.
