Multidisciplinary database covering business, health and medical, social sciences, education, science and technology, and humanities. Due to the dynamically changing epidemic situation in the world, a student who decides to go abroad under the Erasmus + program must take into account the risk of shortening or extending his stay or changing the mode of study / internship.
On this page, the current offers of foreign internships will be published, which can be used by students of the Gdańsk University of Technology under the Erasmus+ program.
Within two weeks from the date of completion of the trip, you must settle accounts for the trip at IRO and at your faculty (if a given faculty requires such a settlement - information in this regard is provided by the coordinators of the Erasmus + program department). Below you will find a list of things to be done as part of the billing. Failure to meet any of the following points may require the return of some or all of the scholarship.
During your internship abroad, you can make changes to the internship program. How?
1. complete and sign the document "Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Traineeships_during mobilty"
2. hand over the document for signature to the host institution / company
3. Send a scan of the document to the university's Eramus + coordinator, and then to IRO
Before you start applying for Erasmus + internships, make sure that your faculty has specific deadlines for submitting documents. It looks different at different Gdańsk Tech faculties. The entire procedure takes about two months, so it's not worth leaving everything to the last minute. All documents must be completed no later than four weeks before departure.
If you do not keep this deadline, you will be asked to postpone your departure in such a way, that will enable IRO to transfer funding to you before your mobility starts.
