COVID-19

Due to the dynamically changing epidemic situation in the world, a student who decides to go abroad under the Erasmus + program must take into account the risk of shortening or extending his stay or changing the mode of study / internship.

On return. How to account for?

Within two weeks from the date of completion of the trip, you must settle accounts for the trip in IRO and at your faculty (if a given department requires such a settlement - information in this regard is provided by the coordinators of the Erasmus+ program department). Below you will find a list of things to be done as part of the billing. Failure to meet any of the following points may require the return of some or all of the scholarship.

How to go. Step by step.

Before you start applying for Erasmus + studies, make sure what are the deadlines for submitting documents at your faculty and at the university you want to go to. It is different at individual Gdańsk Tech faculties and foreign universities. The entire application procedure takes about two months, so it's not worth leaving everything to the last minute. All documents must be completed no later than four weeks before departure.

Projects implemented under the program may concern mobility with third countries not associated with the Erasmus + program (excluding Andorra, Monaco, the Vatican City, San Marino, Switzerland, the Faroe Islands, and the United Kingdom).
