Due to the dynamically changing epidemic situation in the world, a student who decides to go abroad under the Erasmus+ program must take into account the risk of shortening or extending his stay or changing the mode of studies.
Within two weeks from the date of completion of the trip, you must settle accounts for the trip in the International Relations Office (IRO) and at your faculty (if a given faculty requires such a settlement - information in this regard is provided by the faculties' coordinators of the Erasmus+ program). Below you will find a list of things to be done as part of the billing. Failure to meet any of the following points may require the return of some or all of the scholarship.
After returning from abroad, you must account for the completed study program. Therefore, the subjects completed at a foreign university must agree with those included in the "Learning Agreement".
Before you start applying for Erasmus + studies, make sure what are the deadlines for submitting documents at your faculty and at the university you want to go to. It is different at individual Gdańsk Tech faculties and foreign universities. The entire application procedure takes about two months, so it's not worth leaving everything to the last minute. All documents must be completed no later than four weeks before departure.
