COVID-19

Due to the dynamically changing epidemic situation in the world, a student who decides to go abroad under the Erasmus + program must take into account the risk of shortening or extending his stay or changing the mode of study / internship.

On return. How to account for?

Within two weeks from the date of completion of the trip, you must settle accounts for the trip at IRO and at your faculty (if a given faculty requires such a settlement - information in this regard is provided by the coordinators of the Erasmus + program department). Below you will find a list of things to be done as part of the billing. Failure to meet any of the following points may require the return of some or all of the scholarship.

During your stay. Worth knowing.

Changes to the internship program

During your internship abroad, you can make changes to the internship program. How?
1. complete and sign the document "Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Traineeships_during mobility"
2. hand over the document for signature to the host institution / company
3. Send a scan of the document to the university's Erasmus + coordinator, and then to IRO

How to go? Step by step.

Before you start applying for Erasmus+ internships, make sure that your faculty has specific deadlines for submitting documents. It looks different at different Gdańsk Tech faculties. The entire procedure takes about two months, so it's not worth leaving everything to the last minute. All documents must be completed no later than four weeks before departure.
