At the request of the President of the Doctoral Student Government, two versions of the eDocument "Application for a doctoral student's trip - application for travel expenses and mobility approval" in MojaPG (STUDENT app) have now been introduced:
1) the first one for trips where the funds authorising officer is a person from Gdańsk Tech - an application for travel expenses as an optional appendix, the signature of the administrator collected electronically

CESAER Student Challenge is a cyclical competition for students and doctoral students organized by CESAER - a European organization associating leading technical universities (Gdańsk University of Technology has been a member of CESAER since 2015).The theme of this year's competition is the contribution of science and technology universities to sustainable development. Students' projects submitted for the competition will be evaluated in three categories:

On April 17, 2023, all active PhD students have received to their inbox invitation to take part in 2 surveys evaluating Doctoral School office.

This surveys regard to performance of Doctoral School office and infrastructure and administration at Gdańsk Tech.

Additionally, 1st-year PhD students have received individual links to a survey evaluating admissions process and onboarding

Electronic decisions will be sent via ePUAP from Wednesday, April 19^th. Please be patient and wait for the decision.

Paper decisions can be picked up at the Scholarship Committee's office during office hours, also from April 19^th.

On behalf of the International Relations Office, we kindly invite students and PhD students to participate in the CESASER Student Challenge - a competition in which a trip to Madrid and up to 20,000 € can be won! Those who have a brilliant idea for how science and technology can support our society’s efforts toward sustainability.

The deadline for submission is 31 July 2023.

CESAER Student Challenge is a cyclical competition for students and PhD students organized by CESAER - a European organization associated of leading technical universities (Gdańsk Tech is a CESAER member since 2015). 

The theme of this year’s challenge is the Contribution of Universities of Science and Technology to Sustainability. The students' projects will be evaluated along three dimensions:

PhD students have one month (i.e., until May 14, 2023) to fill out the surveys. The surveys are anonymous. Please complete by the deadline.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS: On July 3-6, there will be online meetings with experts with whom teams will be able to discuss their competition ideas. To participate in such a meeting, teams must register via the online form by June 26 at the latest.
