Aurum plus
Under the Program, it is possible to obtain a University grant to finance the cost of research conducted in cooperation with partners from the National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT) in areas consistent with the activities of PG's Priority Research Area Centers, hereinafter referred to as "POB Centers," established at the University to coordinate and concentrate research in POB. Budget and conditions for project implementation

The maximum amount of funding for a research project under the Program is PLN 45,000 gross. The maximum amount of funding from NTUT for research performed by its employees is NT$300,000. The grant implementation period cannot be longer than 12 months.

International Multilateral Partnerships for Resilient Education and Science System in Ukraine (IMPRESS-U)

rew

The National Science Center (NCN) has announced the IMPRESS-U competition, which aims to support scientific potential in Ukraine and open new opportunities for cooperation between Polish and Ukrainian scientists and scientists from the US and the Baltic States. The initiator of the competition and the lead agency where the substantive evaluation of applications will take place is the US National Science Foundation (NSF).

Implementation of services

Due to the fact that our Center was established with the support of EU funds, research services are performed on the basis of de minimis aid rules. We also carry out specialized training related to the use of our apparatus.

Implementation of the service is preceded by a short formal stage. We make every effort to ensure that it runs as smoothly as possible.

Laboratory of Polymeric Materials

The laboratory is equipped with a plastometer for testing the melt flow rate of plasticized material,a hammer for testing the impact strength of materials, a hydraulic injection molding machine with peripheral equipment required to start production of standardized samples for strength testing, a set of processing and measuring equipment

Laboratory of Nanomaterials

The laboratory is equipped with a scanning near-interaction microscope (STM/AFM microscope) for studying nanometer-sized molecular structures.

The Scanning Tunneling Microscope (STM) makes it possible to obtain an image of the surface of conductive materials with a resolution capability of the order of a single atom. Obtaining an image of the surface is possible by using the tunneling phenomenon.
