Results of the Francium Supporting Outstanding Doctoral Candidates program

Based on the list of applications the Rector of the Gdańsk University of Technology accepted 126 out of 142 applications for FRANCIUM scholarships submitted by PhD students.  

The scholarships were granted in the amount of PLN 2 500 per month for 12 months, i.e. from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023 (+ possible exceptions according to the regulations of the program).

From the 1st of January  2018 it is obligatory to use RP and EU colours only in full colour, i.e. it is not allowed to represent RP and EU colors in b-w. For this reason, please print all required documents in colour !!!

How to deal with stress? Sign up for classes

We invite students of Gdańsk University of Technology to participate in seminars on coping with stressful situations organized as part of the "Hey, are you OK?" project. Registration for meetings lasts until March 27th. The number of places is limited.

In mid-September 2022, the "Hey, are you OK?" project was launched at Gdańsk University of Technology. The main goal of it is to support the emotional health of students and employees. The activities are coordinated by Gdańsk Tech International Relations Office.

Team

The Rector's Office is composed of two subunits. The unit comprises an office responsible for administrative and organizational tasks, and a Legal Counsel Office. The Rector's Office is headed by a director.

Attractive spaces to learn, work and rest, actively working student organizations and very comprehensive understanding of wellbeing – these are some of the observations after the visit of Gdańsk University of Technology to Norwegian University of Science and Technology w Trondheim (20-22 February). 

From September 2022 until April 2023, Gdańsk University of Technology conducted a project titled “Hey, are you ok?”, coordinated by the International Relations Office. The main objective of the project was the emotional health support of students and staff. One of the tasks within the project included study visits to European universities engaged in activities within the area of wellbeing.
