Sign up for yoga classes

joga
The International Relations Office invites students and staff to sign up for the yoga classes organized as part of the "Hey, are you OK?" project. Registration is open until January 13th. The number of places is limited – it's worth hurrying!

If you were not able to enroll in yoga classes in the first autumn-winter edition nothing lost! We cordially invite you to register for meetings that will start in January and last until April.

How to sign up?

Registration for yoga classes will last from December 5th to January 13th. Dates of classes of individual groups:

group III (classes: 24.01, 7.02, 21.03, 21.03, 4.04 from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.)
group IV (classes: 31.01, 14.02, 28.03, 14.03, 28.03, 11.04 from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.)

Meetings will take place in the sports hall at ul. Sobieskiego 18 in Gdańsk.

To sign up for classes, you need to complete a short online form (the number of places is limited; in the event that the list of participants was completed before January 13th, it will still be possible to add to the reserve list - the information will be published on the project website).

Who can sign up for classes?

Classes are addressed to all - support and academic staff and students (Polish and international). Meetings will take place in mixed groups - students with employees, Polish-speaking people with English (due to the nature of classes to participate in meetings, basic knowledge of English is enough). In the case of employees, a prerequisite for participation in meetings will be to supplement and sign design documents (this rule does not apply to students).

Can you sign up for yoga for the second time?

Unfortunately not. People who participated in the previous edition of yoga cannot re-sign up for classes. Please be understanding - we want as many Gdańsk Tech employees and students as possible to participate in the meetings. People who completed the form for the first edition of yoga and did not get to classes, and would like to take part in meetings in the new edition, must register again.

Yoga classes are part of the "Hey, are you OK?" project, which started at Gdańsk University of Technology in September. It's goal is to support the broadly understood well-being of students and university employees. Behind us are almost two months of yoga classes as part of the first edition, seminars on coping in crisis situations, workshops on cultural differences for foreign students, and mediation classes for students and administrative employees. More information about activities under the project, including regulations and documents for participants, can be found on the project website.
