Gdańsk Tech's score in the Interdisciplinary Science Rankings 2026

ISR
The Interdisciplinary Science Rankings (ISR) is a ranking that measures universities’ contribution to the development of interdisciplinary science, which is key to solving contemporary global challenges. In the ISR 2026, the Gdańsk University of Technology was ranked in the 301-350 band globally and joint third in Poland.

The ISR ranking, prepared by Times Higher Education (THE) in association with Schmidt Science Fellows, ranked 911 universities from 94 countries this year. The ranking is based on three pillars further divided into eleven metrics:

Fulbright Specialist Program 2026–27 – Call for Applications 🎓🌍

We invite units of our university to participate in the Fulbright Specialist Program 2026–27, which enables hosting distinguished U.S. experts for short-term visits lasting from 2 to 6 weeks.

​​👨‍🏫 The visit may include lectures, workshops, curriculum consultations, conference participation, or collaboration on research projects.

Eligible applicants include academic, educational, cultural and research institutions, as well as organizations engaged in continuous scholarly or educational activities.
💡 This year, 5 projects will be funded.

On 3-5 November 2025, EOSC Symposium 2025 took place in Brussels, organized by the EOSC Association with the support of the EOSC Gravity and EOSC Focus projects. Gdansk University of Technology was represented by Magdalena Szuflita-Żurawska, MSc, the Rector's Plenipotentiary for Open Science and Head of the Open Science Competence Center, as well as Kacper Donat, MSc Eng., from the Web Services Development and Maintenance Team at the IT Services Center.
