EOSC Poland Network

The EOSC Poland Network is an informal national structure of the EOSC, coordinated by the National Science Centre. It includes Polish institutions that are Members or Observers of the EOSC Association and those that are not but are involved in the development of open science practices within the EOSC. As of March 2024, 22 institutions were affiliated with the network.

SGH Doctoral School would like to invite you to the interactive seminar (competencies development and best practice sharing) entitled "Collaborating to deliver a (great) PhD thesis: benchmarks, mechanisms, best practice" which will take place on December 6, 2024.

During the seminar, we will discuss the challenges, and problems that are faced by both Polish and international interests in the preparation of doctoral dissertations. We will also discuss best practices, as well as solutions for effective and efficient cooperation between the doctoral student, supervisor, as well as other people involved in the dissertation process. 

Green Energy and Circular Economy. 3.7 Million Euros for Research Projects

Scientists from Gdańsk University of Technology will lead three international projects that have been granted funding for a total of 3.7 million euros from the Interreg South Baltic Programme 2021-2027. The contracts for funding were signed on October 21 by Prof. Krzysztof Wilde, Rector of Gdańsk University of Technology, and Konrad Wojnarowski, Deputy Minister of Funds and Regional Policy. On behalf of the ministry, Jacek Karnowski, Deputy Minister, also attended the ceremony at Gdańsk Tech. The research will be conducted in an international partnership with entities from Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Lithuania.
