Young Researcher Day

Young Researchers Day is an undertaking that responds to the needs reported by employees and doctoral students of the University. It is a place for integrating the academic community, reducing the distance, and establishing cooperation between researchers who are mainly at the beginning of their careers. It is a cyclical event planned in the HR4R Strategy for 2022-2025.

It has been two years since we began implementing changes at Gdańsk University of Technology, initiated by the feedback from GUT’s young researchers who took part in a survey diagnosing the barriers hindering their development:

The team of young researchers consists exclusively of representatives of young researchers from faculties and Doctoral Schools, as well as administrative staff.

Dear PhD Students

We would like to inform you that on 2 February 2024, Decree of the Rector of Gdańsk University of Technology No. 9/2024 on: Regulations for bonuses for scientific publications and patents at gdansk university of technology in 2024 (in Polish only) was issued.

The decree takes effect on March 1, 2024.
