A film walk around Gdańsk Tech – a new film promoting the university

A beautiful girl in the Main Building
Over 30 locations, dozens of students, shots from dawn to dusk, in laboratories, under water and in the air... The new promotional film about Gdańsk University of Technology is the result of the cooperation of many people. Take a film walk, or rather a "hyperlapse" sprint around our university.

The latest promotional film about Gdańsk University of Technology is a combination of several very innovative ways of filming, e.g. Hyperlapse technique, which gives the impression of flying through rooms in accelerated time and allows you to get the effect of teleporting the characters visible in the frame.

Young Gdańsk Tech Architects designed a house for a modern nomad

What should a modern nomad's house look like? The participants of the MOVABLE HOUSE competition faced this challenge. The group of winners was dominated by the projects of students from the Gdańsk Tech Faculty of Architecture.  

The aim of the competition was to present the project "MOVABLE HOUSE - House of the Modern Nomad" - adapting an existing vehicle into a moving house or building it from scratch using chassis for building on offered by automotive companies.

The works of the authors from Gdańsk University of Technology were created as part of an elective course in the fifth semester of studies under the supervision of Karolina Zielińska-Dąbkowska, PhD, Eng., Arch and Marek Gawdzik, PhD, Eng., Arch.

PhD Student's mobilities - update

At the request of the President of the Doctoral Student Government, two versions of the eDocument "Application for a doctoral student's trip - application for travel expenses and mobility approval" in MojaPG (STUDENT app) have now been introduced:
1) the first one for trips where the funds authorising officer is a person from Gdańsk Tech - an application for travel expenses as an optional appendix, the signature of the administrator collected electronically

CESAER Student Challenge is a cyclical competition for students and doctoral students organized by CESAER - a European organization associating leading technical universities (Gdańsk University of Technology has been a member of CESAER since 2015).The theme of this year's competition is the contribution of science and technology universities to sustainable development. Students' projects submitted for the competition will be evaluated in three categories:

Issuing a decision on the rector's scholarship

From April 17th, in MojaPG system, you can see information about the decision issued if you applied for the rector's scholarship for the summer semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. Please note that the content available in the system is not a decision and cannot be appealed!

Electronic decisions will be sent via ePUAP from Wednesday, April 19th. Please be patient and wait for the decision.

Paper decisions can be picked up at the Scholarship Committee's office during office hours, also from April 19th.
