We invite international employees, PhD students, and students to take advantage of free legal consultations organized as part of a project funded by the NAWA "Welcome to Poland" program.

We offer support in the following areas:

  • legalization of stay in Poland,

  • employment of family members,

  • access to the education system,

  • access to the healthcare system,

  • renting/purchasing an apartment,

  • tax issues,

Winter School for BSc + MSc Students & PhD Candidates/Researchers

Information for Gdańsk University of Technology students:

Undergraduate students of GUT can participate in the winter schools; however, they are not eligible for funding from mobility programs such as NAWA or Erasmus+, which only support international travel. Therefore, participants must cover the costs of travel and accommodation in Warsaw themselves. Additionally, prior approval of an individual study program is required before departure.

As part of the ENHANCE Research Internship Programme, each student carries out their research project under the supervision of two academic mentors – one from their home university and one from the host institution.

International Relations Office invites our students to take part in free online Spanish course!

International Relations Office invites our students to take part in free online Spanish course for beginners. The course is organized by the Universidad Nacional del Sur in Argentina and will take place in the second semester of 2025. Limited number of participants is available – applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration deadline: August 24, 2025.

Walk & Talk

The Walk & Talk series is designed to foster exchange among ENHANCE universities on transdisciplinary research connecting science and society. It provides participants with direct insight into local projects, institutional strategies, and structures that support such collaborations, combining presentations, discussions, and on-site visits. The format encourages sharing of experiences, challenges, and best practices, with a thematic focus that can include areas such as sustainability, mobility, energy, and urban development.
