Agenda:
On September 29th, the Young Researchers Office hosted Lidia Krawentek and Barbara Gruszczyńska from AGH University. The main topic was preparing both universities for the next European Commission assessments of the implementation of the actions planned in the HR4R Strategy and maintaining HR distinctions. We would like to thank our guests for the meeting and their valuable advice on preparing the CoARA plan.
The ENHANCE European Universities of Technology Alliance marked a major milestone by exhibiting for the first time at the EAIE 2025 Annual Conference and Exhibition, held from 9–12 September in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The ENHANCE Alliance is proud that our Student Forum member, Krzysztof Wąsiewski, represented us at this year’s European Universities Student Ambassadors’ Forum (EUSAF). Bringing together students from 49 European University Alliances, EUSAF is designed to foster exchange, collaboration, and community among student ambassadors.
His dissertation, entitled “Synthesis of Amide, Ester, and Bioisosteric Derivatives of Mycophenolic Acid as Compounds with Antiproliferative Activity”, was supervised by Grzegorz Cholewiński, PhD, DSc, Eng., Professor at Gdańsk University of Technology. The reviewers of the dissertation were Prof. Katarzyna Gobis (Medical University of Gdańsk), Prof. Beata Kolesińska (Lodz University of Technology), and Agnieszka Wojtkielewicz, PhD, DSc (University of Białystok).
