Workshop: Neurofundamentals of Teaching and Training
This workshop explores when and how the brain learns, highlighting key structures that drive engagement and training effectiveness. Participants will uncover the neuroscience behind attention, memory, and motivation, debunk common learning myths, and gain practical strategies to design and deliver impactful, evidence-based training.
The agreement was signed by Prof. Józef Sienkiewicz, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, and Vanja Lindberg, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of BTH. The meeting was also attended by Prof. Mariusz Deja, Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Ship Technology, Prof. Wojciech Litwin, Director of the Institute of Shipbuilding, Dr. Eng. Marek Chodnicki, Vice-Dean for International Cooperation, as well as BTH students.

Web of Science is the largest search engine for research information. It was created to help researchers find what they need as technology changes. Today, users want easy and simple tools, so Web of Science offers different ways to search, for all experience levels.
The objectives of the seminars include the presentation of doctoral students' research and creating an international forum of discussion between doctoral students and established academics. A novelty of the seminars is that each presentation has an assigned discussant to increase the value for presenters and introduce young researchers to the role of reviewers. The topic of the upcoming Seventeenth Seminar is "New research strands in economics, finance and management".
