The Personnel Department consists of Personnel Section and Employee Welfare Section. 

Personnel Section

- handling the formalities of hiring employees, their course of employment, and terminating employment contracts

- maintaining a personnel record for military purposes

- handling claims for payment by Social Security Company of immediate compensation due to a workplace accident or occupational disease

- servicing PZU insurance group corporate life insurance and PIONEER pension fund

The Scandium Baltic Region Research Grants Program is an element of the IDUB project tasks aimed at raising the quality of scientific activity of the university within the framework of Action II.2 (Strengthening scientific cooperation with leading centers from the Baltic Sea region).

Please be advised that according to the Chancellor's Circular Letter No. 7/2016:

- cards entitling you to enter the Universuty by car may be received by:

part-time students and post-graduate students

- card valid until the end of the semester (winter until the end of February, summer until the end of September)

- active card from 15:00 on Friday until 22:00 on Sunday

- in case of another semester cycle, according to information from the faculties.
