Cezary Świnarski, a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering was awarded third prize in the 6th edition of the annual competition for the best diploma thesis in engineering, organized by the Gdańsk Branch of the Association of Polish Electrical Engineers (Stowarzyszenie Elektryków Polskich).

PhD Eng. Rafał Gawin and Krzysztof Tchórzewski, Minister of Energy

On the 24th of July 2019, PhD Eng. Rafał Gawin, a graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology and a former PhD student of the Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering, was appointed President of the Energy Regulatory Office. The nomination on behalf of the Prime Minister was presented by Krzysztof Tchórzewski, Minister of Energy.
