On November 5, 2024, during the 50th Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IECON 2024), Mykola Lukianov, doctoral student at Gdańsk University of Technology, scientifically affiliated with the Faculty of Electronics, Telecomunications and Informatics, being under the supervision of prof. dr hab. inż. Ryszard Strzelecki and dr hab. inż.

EURAXESS Poland is operated within the framework of the National Agency for Academic Exchange. Its aim is to support international mobility and career development for researchers. Each month, on the EURAXESS Poland website, you can find offers of grants and scholarships available to PhD students and academic staff. These offers come from various national and international institutions and organizations from around the world and cover all fields of science.

Courses and soft skills schedule

This is the 3rd edition of the scholarship programme for PhD students from abroad conducting interdisciplinary research. The Mayor of Gdańsk, in agreement with Fahrenheit Universities, funded prestigious scientific scholarships named after Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit, for the three best doctoral students.

[Update 11.03.2025] Based on the list of decision appeals presented, the Rector of the Gdansk University of Technology, out of 4 appeals submitted by doctoral students, 4 were granted.

Based on the presented list of applications, the Rector of the Gdansk University of Technology, out of 151 applications for the POLONIUM scholarship submitted by doctoral students, 138 were granted.
