Due to the fact that the office staff has to handle additional  processes that were not previously planned, below are the dates on which the School office will be closed / partially closed.

The pioneer in this type of teaching is the Massachussets Institute of Technology (MIT), which in 2001 launched the MIT Open Course Ware platform.

Short-term Erasmus+ mobility for students - apply today!

Are you a student or a PhD student? Would you like to attend an international summer school or internship this summer? Take advantage of the Erasmus+ program.

Under the Erasmus+ program, students and PhD students from Gdańsk Tech can benefit from so-called short-term mobility.

Important information - funds from the current edition of the Erasmus+ program can only be allocated to trips that take place in June and/or July of this year. Therefore, those interested in going abroad should submit all required documents as soon as possible.

[4th-5th-year PhD students] Completion of training at the Doctoral School and potential extensions

We are approaching the end of the four-year PhD training period at the Doctoral School at Gdańsk University of Technology - in 2024 for PhD students who started their PhD training in AY. 2020/2021.

According to the PSWiN Law:

Article 204, paragraph 1: The education of a doctoral candidate is completed by submitting a doctoral dissertation along with a positive opinion from the supervisor or supervisors.

[2nd-4th-year PhD students] Completion of the 2nd-4th-year of PhD training at the Doctoral School

Settlement of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th years is related to the submission of the annual report and, in the case of 2nd-year PhD students, a questionnaire using eDocuments in Moja PG.

[2nd-year PhD Students] Mid-Term Evaluation – schedule and documents

On February 15, 2024, a meeting between the School's Authorities and 2nd year PhD students regarding mid-term evaluation was held, at which the initial schedule for mid-term evaluation was presented.

Below is the final evaluation schedule, which has been partially changed due to the fact that the office staff have to handle additional processes that were not previously planned.

[1st-year PhD students] Completion of the 1st-year of PhD training at the Doctoral School

Settlement of the first year is related to the submission of the Individual Research Proposal, annual report and questionnaire using eDocuments in Moja PG.
