The HR4R strategy and the HR Excellence in Research distinction (the so-called HR Logo) are the hallmarks of scientific institutions that care for their researchers, providing them with the best working and development conditions in the European Union. The high standard of activities undertaken by Gdańsk University of Technology in this area was appreciated by the European Commission already 5 years ago, when we were granted the right to use the HR Logo.

We would like to inform you that sice 1st of October 2022, there has been a change in the composition of the Doctoral School Council with a representative of discipline: mechanical engineering.

The new version of ECTS Information Catalog was published with the beginning of the academic year 2022/2023.

The visualization of the system has been changed, which improves the access to selected courses, a clear range of subjects within the elective modules.

On October 13, 2022, the surveys evaluating teachers in the academic year 2021/2022 were attached to the accounts of PhD students. PhD students have 2 weeks (i.e., until October 27, 2022) to fill out the surveys. The surveys are anonymous. Please complete by the deadline.

On this occasion, we express our appreciation to all the academic teachers and employees of Gdańsk University of Technology, who support the educational process through their daily work and wish them further success in teaching and research, unwavering enthusiasm in sharing knowledge, curiosity to meet new generations of their students and guide them through the world of science and research.

Budget and conditions for project implementation

• The scholarship in the ACTINIUM program is PLN 1,000 per month and is awarded for a period of 10 months.

Who is it addressed to?

• Funds under the Program are awarded through a competition.

The Scholarship Committee invites you to submit applications during shifts. On the door of the Scholarship Committee office (Bratniak, room 205) there is a queue list for self-registration for selected hours. Priority to entry at a given time is given to people entered on the queue list.

On October 6-7, 2022. Gdansk University of Technology was visited by the Assessment Committee of ACEEU (Accreditation Council for Entrepreneurial and Engaged Universities).

At the beginning of each academic semester, the International Relations Office organizes webinars, during which newly admitted international students and PhD students can obtain useful information on the process of legalizing their stay in Poland and the healthcare system in our country.
