The Gdańsk Tech section of dragon boats invites everyone to trainings

Dragon Boats is a team water sport with its roots in Asian history. The modern sports boats are slightly smaller than the historical ones and can accommodate 22 people, including 20 rowers. The section of dragon boats at Gdańsk Tech invites all willing students to joint training and learning the secrets of group rowing.

1.2 million for Gdańsk Tech under the Science for Society program

A contract was concluded between Gdańsk University of Technology and the Minister of Education and Science for the implementation of the project entitled "Optimization of didactic and pro-innovation processes at the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering". Registration for the international Baltic Windustry conference has started. The conference will take place on 8 September at Gdańsk University of Technology. This event is aimed at representatives of industry and science who carry out activities in the field of engineering and innovation.

The organizers are the Center for Offshore Wind Energy of Gdańsk University of Technology and the Polish Wind Energy Association.

Appeals against the SH decision (stage II)

The decision from the 1st stage of the allocation of places may be appealed to the Appeal Scholarship Committee by June 26, 2022. The procedure for submitting appeals is the same as for submitting applications, i.e. between 22 and 26 June, 2022, you must complete the application only via the electronic form available on your individual student account on the MojaPG portal in the Scholarships module. You do not need to print the application or bring it anywhere.

Diploma of the Year award of the Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering for 2021

On May 31, 2022, the authors of the best master's theses at the Gdańsk University of Technology were awarded a special "Diploma of the Year" statuette, presented by prof. Krzysztof Wilde, the rector.

At a ceremonial session of the Senate of the Gdańsk University of Technology, the Rector of Gdańsk University of Technology, prof. Krzysztof Wilde presented the "Diploma of the Year" award for the best master's theses completed in 2021.

On behalf of the Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering, the award went to M.Sc. Eng. Zuzanna Klawikowska for her MA thesis "Synthesis of the neural system for the detection and analysis of lesions in the brain", carried out under the supervision of D.Sc. Eng. Michał Grochowski, university professor.
